By navigating this website or ordering medical transit services from Rab Funeral & Ambulance Services Private Limited, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian statutory regulations.

The Company operates strictly as a privately owned commercial medical logistics entity. We maintain no direct affiliation with, funding from, or agency status with any government health department or state emergency service infrastructure (such as government-run 102/108 public ambulance services).

The Company utilizes advanced routing systems and real-time GPS tracking. However, the Company cannot be held liable for transit delays or complications caused by factors beyond our control, including severe road traffic congestion, sudden roadblocks, or extreme weather conditions.

Online pre-booking forms are processed Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Our emergency dispatch hotline and core SOS systems operate continuously on a 24/7/365 schedule. Cancellations requested after a vehicle has departed our dispatch station may incur a mandatory mobilization fee. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, arbitration claims, or litigation matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
