How is the ambulance fare calculated?
Every fare = a base fare for the service type + a per-kilometre charge for the trip distance, plus GST. Night trips (10 PM–6 AM) and emergency dispatch may add a small surcharge. You always see the full amount before you confirm — no hidden charges.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
The estimate shown includes GST at the applicable rate. The final invoice itemises base fare, distance, any surcharges and GST separately for full transparency.
Do I pay in advance?
Emergency dispatch never waits on payment — you can pay after the trip. For scheduled/non-emergency bookings a small advance may be required to confirm the unit; it is shown upfront and adjusted in the final bill.
How much does an outstation / city-to-city ambulance cost?
Long-distance transfers are distance-based on the same per-km logic, plus applicable tolls and state taxes. Because routes vary widely, we quote outstation trips individually — tap Call or WhatsApp for an exact figure.
